About the role

The Global Director of Spa & Wellness will define, lead and commercialise the Soneva Soul brand across the Soneva portfolio. This senior position shapes a luxury wellbeing ecosystem that extends healthspan through evidence‑informed, non‑invasive interventions for guests before, during and after their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term vision, roadmap and growth strategy for Soneva Soul.
• Position Soneva Soul as the leading luxury hospitality wellbeing platform focused on healthspan extension, preventative wellbeing and behaviour change.
• Lead annual strategic planning, investment priorities and innovation roadmaps, identifying emerging wellbeing trends.
• Oversee the four Soneva Soul wellbeing pillars – mental wellbeing, rest & recovery, movement, and nutrition – ensuring alignment with brand philosophy.
• Design guest wellbeing journeys that support transformation before, during and after the stay.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Development and Resort Leadership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading luxury wellness or spa brands at a strategic and commercial level.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, development and resort teams.
• Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation, brand positioning and long‑term value creation.
• Deep understanding of holistic, non‑invasive health interventions and sustainability principles.
