Global Director - Retail, Wholesale & Ecommerce - Fragrance

About the role

A Saudi Arabian fragrance brand with an established presence across the GCC is looking to appoint an International Director based in Dubai. The role accelerates global expansion through strategic retail, ecommerce, wholesale and distribution partnerships, securing new commercial relationships and growing the brand's presence across Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global expansion strategy across key global markets.
• Identify and secure new partnerships with international beauty retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors and wholesalers.
• Leverage existing relationships with international retail buyers and ecommerce businesses to secure new brand listings.
• Develop retail and wholesale strategies across Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa.
• Negotiate new wholesale, distribution and franchise agreements.
• Manage strategic commercial partnerships to drive sales growth and strengthen the brand's international presence.
• Work with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver international revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial background within the fragrance, beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven experience developing international retail, ecommerce, wholesale or distribution partnerships outside the Middle East.
• Established relationships with international beauty retailers, ecommerce businesses, distributors or buying teams.
• Demonstrated success securing new retail listings, opening international markets and building commercial partnerships.
• Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred; exceptional non-Arabic speaking candidates with established global retail and ecommerce partnerships may also be considered.
