Global Head of Customer Value Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Global Head of Customer Value Management (CVM) to shape and execute customer value strategies across multiple international telecom markets. This senior leadership position will own the end‑to‑end CVM framework, driving revenue growth, retention and profitability for both prepaid and postpaid segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global CVM strategy, establishing governance, performance standards and local market adaptation.
• Lead high‑performing CVM teams, building analytical, commercial and campaign management capabilities.
• Design and execute data‑led segmentation, personalization and lifecycle campaigns across SMS, email, app and digital channels.
• Drive churn prediction, prevention and win‑back programmes, translating insights into commercial actions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Digital, Data Analytics and Technology functions to deliver measurable improvements in ARPU, LTV and profitability.
• Manage CVM budgets, assess ROI and report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in customer value management or similar roles within the telecom industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of increasing revenue per user and reducing churn.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence country CEOs, commercial directors and cross‑functional teams.

• Advanced analytics and predictive modelling for customer segmentation and churn forecasting.
• Campaign management and personalization across multiple digital channels.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and AI‑driven decisioning platforms.
