About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Talent Acquisition professional to join its global TA team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead / Expert you will act as a strategic hiring advisor for designated business units, partnering closely with leaders to shape workforce planning, talent strategy, and executive hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities, workforce plans, and hiring needs.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist functions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality talent globally and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Provide regular market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and market movements.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to support workforce planning and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or fast‑moving environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
