Global Tax VP

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Tax Vice President to shape and execute tax strategies for a large industrial organization operating worldwide. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and influences the company’s overall financial direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global tax strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimise the company’s tax position.
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns in all operating countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax‑related queries.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business.
• Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.
• Provide strategic tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in global tax strategy and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
