About the role

The Golf Professional supports the Head Golf Professional and the Golf Operations team at Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, delivering high‑quality instruction and exceptional service to members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day operation of the Golf Academy and Golf Operations, ensuring smooth coordination with all club departments.
• Provide golf instruction and coaching to players of all abilities, including junior programs, school initiatives, holiday camps and clinics.
• Deliver professional, friendly service to members and guests, handling enquiries promptly and promoting a welcoming golfing experience.
• Support the planning and execution of tournaments, corporate golf days, member events and promotional activities.
• Promote coaching programmes, academy memberships and retail merchandise, identifying opportunities to increase participation and sales.

Required profile

• PGA Qualified or equivalent Golf Professional qualification preferred.
• Previous experience delivering golf coaching and academy programmes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and tournament days; Arabic speaking is a plus.
