Go‑To‑Market Specialist – AI & Agents

About the role

The Go‑to‑Market Specialist – AI & Agents will build and own a self‑sourced new‑business pipeline for AI agents, apps and models across the UAE, turning qualified opportunities into signed revenue. This consultative role requires navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations and translating operational pain points into AI use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle prospecting, qualification and closing for a defined UAE territory, generating a hunter‑owned pipeline without inherited accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive account research, build stakeholder maps and develop live account plans for target accounts.
• Drive outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, events and referrals, and collaborate with marketing on ABM efforts.
• Develop commercial proposals, lead negotiations and close deals directly or through channel partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide pipeline visibility and analyse performance to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, engineering, product, finance and legal to ensure realistic commercial commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of proven business development or enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, cloud or digital solutions.
• Strong track record of acquiring new logos and closing B2B deals with long, technical sales cycles.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly target‑driven, resilient and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
