Graduate Architect Digital Consultant

About the role

WSP is seeking a motivated Graduate Architect – Digital Consultant to join its Building Enclosures Digital team in Dubai. This role offers a graduate the chance to work at the intersection of architecture, BIM, computational design, automation and data‑driven digital delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of BIM and digital delivery workflows.
• Contribute to computational design and geometry‑driven processes using Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Assist in automating design, analysis, coordination and documentation workflows.
• Participate in digital innovation initiatives, including AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers and multidisciplinary teams to improve project outcomes.

Required profile

• A degree in Architecture or a related built‑environment discipline.
• Good understanding of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
