Graduate Associate AI-Digital Innovation

About the role

Cigna Healthcare is launching a Graduate Associate AI‑Digital Innovation program for recent graduates eager to explore how artificial intelligence can transform business processes across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI for simplifying, automating, and improving business processes.
• Prototype and pilot AI‑enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms.
• Promote AI adoption by helping colleagues embrace new technologies and ways of working.
• Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical use, data privacy, and sound judgment.
• Translate data and AI insights into clear recommendations for business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 24 months in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their business applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to ethical practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
• Willingness to learn and use new AI technologies and generative AI platforms.
