Graduate Civil Engineer – UAE Nationals (Family Book)

About the role

AECOM is seeking UAE nationals to join its Graduate Civil Engineer program in Dubai. The 24‑month ADVANCE program provides a structured learning experience that bridges the gap between university and professional practice.

Key responsibilities

• Build analytic and design skills through hands‑on project work.
• Conduct engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings.
• Collect and analyze data under supervision.
• Use engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) to solve basic engineering problems.
• Perform work in accordance with agreed budget and schedule, under supervision.

Required profile

• UAE National with a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D (or similar engineering design software)
