Graduate Development Programme – Built Environment (KSA)

About the role

Surbana Jurong Group is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in Saudi Arabia focused on engineering and infrastructure. It combines structured training, hands-on experience, mentorship and cross-functional rotations so graduates can build technical skills, digital fluency, business acumen and leadership abilities while working on real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work on live infrastructure, engineering and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities
• Learn from industry experts in design, project management, digital transformation (BIM, AI) and risk consulting
• Take part in corporate consulting with senior leaders and strategic business discussions
• Attend leadership workshops, coaching and mentors' guidance
• Follow a quarterly rotation across business functions and specialist domains, including one rotation outside the base station or country

Required profile

• Graduate within the last 2 years
• 0-2 years of industry experience
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage own time and workload

Required skills

• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools and principles
• Interest in BIM and AI
