Graduate Finance Trainee – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Finance team as a Graduate Trainee. You will work on a variety of projects, develop analytical skills, and gain practical experience in a dynamic family‑owned business.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in department initiatives, team building, trainings and internal meetings.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to support business reports and presentations.
• Enter and maintain data in databases, organise electronic folders and collaborate across departments.
• Analyse existing systems, policies and processes and propose improvements.
• Work on assigned projects and present findings to senior leaders.
• Support the team in creating weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work effectively in a team and manage time under pressure.
• Critical and innovative thinking with a strong work ethic.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
