Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

A leading regional private banking institution is expanding its UAE Private Banking team and seeks experienced Relationship Managers to acquire, manage, and develop high‑net‑worth client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable investment, lending, cash‑management, and wealth‑structuring solutions.
• Acquire new clients and assets, contributing to the growth objectives of the Private Banking business.
• Maintain regular engagement through reviews, portfolio discussions, and market updates.
• Collaborate with investment specialists, product teams, and support functions to deliver seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, KYC, AML, and internal policy requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of private banking or wealth‑management experience, preferably within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of managing HNW/UHNW client relationships and growing assets under management.
• Established high‑net‑worth client base and strong business‑development network in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field; certifications such as CISI or CFA are advantageous.
