Graduate IP Network Solutions Engineer

About the role

Huawei is looking for motivated graduates to join its IP networking team in Dubai. The role develops technical and commercial skills in IP network solutions, contributes to customer-focused network designs and supports the delivery of technical proposals and business opportunities. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in technical sales, solution development and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of IP network solutions that meet customer requirements and show the value of Huawei's technology and business.
• Assist in preparing quotations, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), High-Level Designs (HLDs) and technical proposals.
• Support pre-sales activities, including requirements analysis, solution preparation and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Take part in customer meetings and presentations to understand requirements and support business opportunities.
• Help track opportunities from initial engagement through proposal submission and contract development.
• Carry out product, competitor and market analysis to support solution positioning and business planning.
• Work with technical, sales and commercial teams to develop suitable network solutions.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to knowledge-transfer activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a closely related field.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Graduated from Khalifa University, UAEU, American University of Sharjah, University of Sharjah, Zayed University, Higher Colleges of Technology or another listed institution.
• All nationalities are eligible if the education and academic criteria are met.
• Preferred: academic projects, internships, lab work or practical networking exposure, and relevant Huawei or industry certifications (HCIA/HCNA, HCIP/HCNP, HCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).

• Interest in IP networking, network design and customer-focused solutions.
• Commercial awareness and self-motivation.
• Preferred: basic understanding of IP networking, routing and switching, and familiarity with routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN, firewalls and EDR.
