Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Emirati National (Full‑Time)

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati National Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join its Building Services team in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. The role offers the chance to work alongside multidisciplinary experts on high‑profile, sustainable projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with technical tasks, basic calculations and data analysis.
• Prepare and review documentation, drawings, models and reports under guidance.
• Assist in project coordination, attend meetings and contribute to progress updates.
• Follow established engineering standards, safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate professionally.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to develop foundational engineering skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher GPA preferred).
• Previous internship experience within MEP/Building Services or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in a multidisciplinary environment and a passion to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Emirati National with a valid family book (mandatory).
