Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Emirati National

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking an ambitious Emirati National to join its Building Services team as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Based in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi, you will work alongside multidisciplinary experts on high‑profile projects, gaining hands‑on experience in sustainable design and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with technical calculations, data analysis, and documentation preparation.
• Assist in project coordination, attend meetings, and contribute to progress updates.
• Develop drawings, 3‑D models, and engineering reports under guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Apply established engineering standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate project information professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher GPA preferred).
• Previous internship experience in MEP/Building Services or a related field.
• Emirati National with a valid family book (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative environment.
