Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Emirati National

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking an Emirati National graduate mechanical engineer to join its Building Services team in Sharjah (or Abu Dhabi). You will work alongside multidisciplinary experts on high‑profile, sustainable projects while developing core engineering competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with calculations, data analysis and documentation preparation.
• Assist in project coordination, attend meetings and contribute to progress updates.
• Develop drawings, models and reports under guidance, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Follow established engineering standards, safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher GPA preferred).
• Previous internship experience in MEP/Building Services or a related discipline.
• Emirati National with a valid family book (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn, grow and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
