Graduate Mechanical Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Mechanical Engineer – UAE National to join our dynamic engineering team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on diverse projects, applying technical expertise to design, analyse and optimise mechanical systems and components.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using industry‑standard CAD software.
• Conduct detailed technical analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet performance and safety requirements.
• Create comprehensive technical drawings and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations to validate designs and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables.

Required profile

• UAE nationals holding a Family Book.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and materials science.
• Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and simulation software (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost‑optimization techniques.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
