About the role
The firm is seeking an Associate Architect to join its growing Dubai studio. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will help shape the practice’s presence in the Middle East and influence the direction of upcoming projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion.
- Manage client relationships, present design proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and oversee project documentation.
- Support the expansion of the Dubai studio by recruiting and mentoring junior staff.
- Contribute to business development and the strategic growth of the practice in the region.
Required profile
- Proven experience working for a well‑known international architecture practice.
- Strong design sensibility and track record of delivering complex projects.
- Confidence presenting to and managing clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate design teams.
- Ambition to build and manage a team as the studio expands.
- Middle East experience preferred but not essential.
