About the role

Julius Baer’s 18‑month Graduate Programme in Dubai offers recent graduates the chance to launch a career in wealth management within the Client Coverage & Advisory team. You will rotate through three dynamic assignments, gaining hands‑on experience and an international perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team of established Investment Advisors in Dubai.
• Advise High Net Worth individuals on portfolio risk management across asset classes.
• Apply Julius Baer’s investment views and strategy in portfolio proposals and reviews.
• Utilise pricing tools for structured products, OTC derivatives, and portfolio analysis.
• Contribute investment ideas in team meetings and support client discussions.
• Rotate through three different teams to gain broad exposure to wealth‑management functions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or related field, graduated within the last 12 months with above‑average grades.
• Initial practical experience in finance, preferably in investments, research or asset management.
• Strong passion for wealth management and desire to create value beyond wealth.
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and strong appetite for learning.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
