About the role

Mastercard’s Global Markets Launch Graduate Rotational Program offers an 18‑month experience across two nine‑month rotations, giving recent graduates exposure to sales, business development, product management and solutions within a leading payments company.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development track – drive strategic sales planning, consultative and solution selling, provide product expertise, and deliver market intelligence to support product development.
• Product Management and Solutions track – focus on user experience, product performance, coordinate project status, manage financials and schedules, and ensure implementation within budget.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with graduation expected between March 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 March or 1 September 2027.
• Demonstrated passion for responsibility, high‑quality results, and client recommendations.
• Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
• Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
