Graduate Sales Engineer – UAE Nationals

About the role

Emerson is seeking fresh graduates to join its Measurement Solutions business as Graduate Sales Engineers in Abu Dhabi. You will support the UAE sales organization, engage with customers, manage pipelines and contribute to business growth while gaining exposure to commercial processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the UAE sales team by following up on leads and customer inquiries for the Measurement Solutions portfolio.
• Track open quotations, prepare summary reports and assist in business reviews.
• Develop the sales pipeline by engaging new and existing customers under sales‑team guidance.
• Coordinate with customer care, commercial and operations teams for quotation and order follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate updates of opportunities, quotations and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Participate in customer meetings, sales reviews and cross‑functional discussions.
• Collaborate with account teams to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
