Graduate Stakeholder Manager (UAE Nationals)

About the role

AECOM is looking for a motivated and organized Graduate Stakeholder Manager to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate who will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a bridge between the organization and its stakeholders so that communication is clear, concerns are addressed and engagement initiatives support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and events to share information and foster collaboration.
• Analyze stakeholder needs, concerns and feedback to identify opportunities for better engagement and satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute stakeholder communications such as reports, newsletters and presentations.
• Document and track stakeholder interactions, feedback and outcomes using appropriate tools and systems.
• Support project teams by ensuring stakeholder alignment and addressing concerns throughout project lifecycles.
• Organize stakeholder engagement activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on engagement strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of stakeholder information and engagement history, and monitor satisfaction to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Architecture or Engineering, or an entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduate between 2024 and 2026.
