Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist (Emiratisation)

About the role

AECOM is looking for a graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Dubai to support Emiratisation and early careers recruitment. The role attracts, engages and hires UAE Nationals and early-career professionals to support the organisation's Emiratisation objectives and its future talent pipeline, through partnerships with universities, government entities, career services and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate the hiring of UAE National and graduate talent.
• Support graduate, internship and trainee recruitment programmes.
• Build relationships with universities, career centres and government partners.
• Attend career fairs and employer branding events.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• UAE National with a family book.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, Emiratisation and talent development.
• Fluent in English.
• Internship or extracurricular experience in HR, recruitment or events is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
