Graduate Trainee – Investor Relations Analyst

About the role

Join du’s FutureX Graduate Trainee Programme as an Investor Relations Analyst. This 12‑month accelerated development journey is designed for ambitious Emirati graduates who want to contribute to the UAE’s digital future while gaining hands‑on experience across finance and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support drafting and updating investor‑facing materials such as earnings call scripts, presentations, fact sheets and press releases.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis and preparation of investor briefings, Q&A documents and management packs for quarterly earnings and investor meetings.
• Maintain and update financial models for valuation, benchmarking and performance tracking, and monitor analyst consensus and market trends.
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Report and other statutory disclosures, and support digitalisation of IR workflows through automation and dashboarding.
• Maintain the IR CRM/database, track investor interactions, organise investor meetings, conferences and roadshows, and ensure the IR website and public materials are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Outgoing, confident and naturally curious with a willingness to learn.
