Graphic Design Specialist – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Cigna Healthcare is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to support its Marketing team across the Middle East & Africa region. The role will create, manage and evolve visual assets for all marketing and communication channels, helping the business scale content and campaigns while strengthening in‑house design capability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality visual assets for digital and print, including campaign creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, sales toolkits, event and internal communication materials.
• Translate business and marketing briefs into brand‑aligned designs that follow Cigna’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Support creation, localisation and ongoing updates of sales and product collateral across Middle East & Africa markets, managing version control and regulatory compliance.
• Produce engaging social‑media visuals, short‑form video and motion‑graphics, gradually shifting design work from external agencies to an in‑house model.
• Leverage AI‑enabled design tools to accelerate output, generate creative variations and scale content across markets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, sales, product, leadership—to deliver assets on time and maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure brand governance, visual standards and messaging alignment across all materials and provide design best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design for marketing, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create both static and motion graphics for digital and print channels.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of brand guidelines and regulatory considerations in the healthcare sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled design tools (e.g., generative AI for visual creation).
• Experience creating short‑form video and motion‑graphics.
• Familiarity with social‑media content production.
