Graphic Designer – Branding & Digital Media

About the role

GLMA is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to lead branding, digital content, and AI‑enhanced design projects. The ideal candidate will blend strong visual storytelling with bilingual Arabic‑English expertise to deliver compelling brand experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logos, visual identities, and comprehensive branding assets.
• Create engaging bilingual social media graphics and campaign visuals.
• Design high‑quality materials for both digital platforms and print production.
• Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney to support ideation and improve production efficiency.
• Adapt creative concepts for various formats and communication channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver integrated creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, campaign, and marketing collateral work.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality results under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma and other digital design platforms.
• Practical knowledge of AI‑powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and bilingual design principles.
