Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Communications

About the role

Parsons is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high‑impact visual communications for proposals, presentations, reports, newsletters and other media. Working under minimal supervision, you will apply the company’s style standards to deliver professional, reproduction‑ready graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare complex art and copy layouts following the Company’s style manual.
• Collaborate with technical writers, editors and authors to review and improve artwork and text.
• Produce a wide range of visual assets such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, diagrams, posters, signs and certificates.
• Modify existing artwork as required and provide reproduction data (size reductions, quantity, paper/ink selection).
• Work as part of a functional team to meet project schedules.
• Assist in training new employees and review work of junior designers.
• Perform additional duties related to graphic design as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 6 + years of relevant experience, including mandatory UAE work experience.
• Proficiency with graphic design technology and software.
• Advanced graphic design skills and thorough knowledge of graphics production and printing processes.
• Ability to manage detailed, varied, simultaneous assignments and meet schedule requirements.
