Graphic Designer Digital, Motion, 3D & AI Creative

About the role

TP-Link MEA is seeking a digitally‑focused Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience to support marketing activities across multiple markets. The role blends traditional graphic design with digital content creation, motion graphics, 3D visualization and AI‑powered tools to deliver modern, brand‑consistent assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality designs for digital campaigns, social media, paid media, websites, e‑commerce and email marketing.
• Develop print and offline materials such as POSM, retail branding, event graphics, brochures, flyers and banners.
• Produce engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, GIFs, Reels and short‑form videos.
• Edit product, event and promotional videos, and design motion graphics, typography animations and basic visual effects.
• Build basic to intermediate 3D models and renders for exhibition stands, retail displays and product mock‑ups.
• Adapt master creatives for platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and e‑commerce sites.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools for image generation, enhancement, video creation and concept development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business teams to ensure brand consistency and clear communication of key messages.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital content creation or related fields.
• Strong visual sense with the ability to translate briefs into modern, engaging concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of current design and content trends across digital and offline channels.
