Graphic Designer (Dubai)

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its Dubai team. Working under minimal supervision, you will create high‑quality visual communications that support proposals, presentations, reports, newsletters and other media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare complex art and copy layouts following the company style manual.
• Collaborate with technical writers, editors and authors to review and improve artwork and text.
• Produce reproduction‑ready graphics such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, diagrams, posters, signs and certificates.
• Modify existing artwork as required and provide detailed reproduction data (size reductions, paper/ink selection, quantities).
• Support the functional team to meet project schedules and assist in training new employees.
• Review work produced by junior graphic designers to ensure quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 6 + years of relevant experience, with mandatory UAE work experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic design technology and software used for professional design assignments.
• Advanced graphic design capabilities and thorough knowledge of production techniques and printing processes.
• Ability to create and adapt a wide range of visual assets for both digital and print media.
