Graphic Designer for Luxury Hotel Brand

About the role

Rixos is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support its marketing and communications efforts across all hotel properties. You will work closely with the PR and Marketing Managers to develop visual concepts that enhance the brand’s luxury image and attract guests worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, packaging, and online assets.
• Assist in the creation and execution of advertising, promotional campaigns, and public‑relations materials.
• Art‑direct photo shoots, both in‑studio and on location, to generate high‑quality imagery for marketing use.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to Rixos standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, events, and hotel activities as required.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinker with a solid background in print, branding, typography and digital design.
• Experience in studio and location photography and art direction.
• Professional attitude, high level of commitment, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of both print production and digital media workflows.
