Graphic Designer

About the role

Land Sterling, a multidisciplinary consultancy serving the property and construction sectors, is looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Dubai. The role covers high-quality visual content and creative materials for Land Sterling and its group businesses, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted design.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital campaign materials, social media posts, website graphics, presentations and corporate communications
• Produce brochures, company profiles, proposals, reports, flyers, advertisements and other marketing collateral
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, templates, infographics and corporate documents
• Produce branded materials such as business cards, stationery, signage, exhibition graphics and promotional merchandise
• Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney for image generation, editing, retouching, background replacement and campaign variations, combining them with manual editing
• Maintain brand consistency across the group and adapt creative materials to different brand identities and audiences
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to turn creative briefs into effective visual solutions
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, resolution, colour profiles, bleed and finishing specifications, coordinate with printing suppliers and review final artwork
• Keep design files, templates and creative assets organised

Required profile

• Proven professional or freelance experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work independently and collaborate
• Experience in real estate, property marketing or a multi-brand environment is an advantage; knowledge of motion graphics, video editing or Arabic and bilingual layouts is an added advantage

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Microsoft PowerPoint, including editable templates
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney
• Typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy and brand guidelines
• Print production, artwork preparation and large-format design
