Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer develops high-quality visual assets and creative solutions that bring the KBP brand, its products, campaigns and customer experiences to life. The role produces consistent creative output across digital and print channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Marketing Specialist, Executive Chefs and internal stakeholders to represent the Knead brand in a premium way across all touchpoints. It also uses AI-powered creative tools to speed up workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral, campaign assets, presentations, menus, packaging, signage, corporate materials, social media graphics and promotional content.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials, keeping design, typography, imagery and colour aligned.
• Collaborate with marketing and chefs on product launches, seasonal offers and campaigns, and adapt assets for social media, websites and digital advertising.
• Edit and enhance supplied photography and video, and help gather short-form video content.
• Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Canva AI to support design and ideation.
• Support marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, including presentations, point-of-sale materials, in-store communications and event branding.

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, visual communications, branding or a related creative role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a creative discipline; hospitality, food and beverage, retail, lifestyle or luxury brand experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• PowerPoint, Word and other presentation tools.
• Production-ready artwork files for print, digital and large format.
• Editing and enhancing photography and video; basic photography and mobile content capture skills are advantageous.
• Experience with bilingual English and Arabic materials is advantageous.
