Graphic Designer – Marketing Materials & AI Video Creation

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce on‑brand marketing assets and innovative AI‑driven video content. The role works closely with marketing teams to translate campaign goals into visual solutions that engage audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing materials such as direct mailers, advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, signage, brochures and promotional handouts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional marketing teams to ensure visual concepts align with campaign objectives.
• Capture and produce high‑quality photo and video content, including on‑location shoots for campaigns and events.
• Edit, enhance and retouch photos and videos using industry‑standard software to deliver professional‑grade output.
• Create AI‑generated videos and leverage AI‑powered creative tools to increase efficiency and innovation.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands and channels by enforcing established guidelines.
• Standardize and refresh marketing collateral annually to keep the visual identity modern and relevant.
• Research current design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
• Manage several creative projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of marketing design solutions and a solid grasp of typography, colour theory and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Effective time‑management skills to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using video editing software and AI‑based creative tools.
