Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)

About the role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will join the Executive Leadership Team and steer the financial strategy of Bin Fadel Holding and its subsidiaries. This senior role is responsible for finance, treasury, risk, reporting and investment activities, supporting growth and profitability across a diversified business portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management for all entities.
• Oversee preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, tax requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Manage treasury operations, cash‑flow planning, banking relationships and financing activities.
• Monitor working capital, capital expenditures and investment performance.
• Drive due diligence, M&A, business valuations and investment assessments.
• Establish internal controls, risk‑management frameworks and financial policies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Chairman, Board and Executive Management.
• Lead digital transformation and process‑improvement initiatives within finance.
• Oversee external audits, regulatory reporting and relationships with auditors, banks and authorities.
• Mentor and develop finance teams across the Group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA or CMA) – required.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance – preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Group CFO, CFO or Finance Director role.
• Experience in diversified holding companies or large multi‑business groups, preferably in construction, real estate or manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, corporate finance, treasury and risk management.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business transformation and financial leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
