Group Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Group CFO will lead the finance function of a diversified financial services holding company, transforming founder‑run reporting into institutional‑grade financials and preparing the group for a capital event.

Key responsibilities

• Build a sum‑of‑the‑parts valuation framework for each business unit and the consolidated group.
• Design and implement the holding‑company structure, ERP and consolidation platform, and shared‑services architecture.
• Prepare three years of clean, comparable financials per entity, a data room and a diligence‑ready control environment.
• Develop the equity story, information memorandum and management presentation for institutional buyers.
• Lead the fund structuring, regulatory compliance and investor reporting infrastructure.
• Own treasury, cash forecasting, working‑capital optimisation and digital‑asset exposure policies.

Required profile

• 10‑20 years of finance experience, including 3+ years as CFO, Group CFO or VP Finance with full P&L and balance‑sheet accountability.
• Hands‑on experience leading a sell‑side or minority‑sale transaction, building models, CIMs and data rooms.
• Proven ability to design entity structures, capital allocation frameworks and incentive architectures.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation (sum‑of‑the‑parts, comparables).
• ERP selection and implementation, consolidation platforms.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Fund administration, NAV calculation and regulatory compliance (UAE, DIFC, ADGM).
• Cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management, treasury policy.
