Group HR Operations Manager

About the role

The Group HR Operations Manager will lead the delivery of core HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistent standards, controls, and service delivery for a complex international workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations across multiple countries, driving consistency, compliance and service excellence.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions and separations.
• Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate contracts and international assignment documentation.
• Drive HR governance, policies, procedures, compliance monitoring and employee‑relations support.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with local teams, Finance and external providers.
• Own HR systems, employee master‑data integrity, reporting and workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration and PRO resources while influencing territory HR teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions.
• Strong HR generalist background covering employee lifecycle, relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits and HR systems.
• Experience supporting large blue‑collar workforces in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes and expatriate workforce administration.
