Group Marketing Manager – Brand Strategy Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for Emagine Solutions across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong consumer‑facing brand background and a proven track record of building distinctive, engaging brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group’s marketing and brand strategy, strengthening positioning and consumer engagement.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, PR, influencer and activation channels.
• Lead marketing initiatives for new products, collections and brand launches.
• Identify consumer and market trends and translate them into marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, product, retail and sales teams to drive commercial growth.
• Manage agencies, creative partners, marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in marketing or brand leadership, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, premium retail or D2C consumer brands.
• Demonstrated success in brand building, positioning and consumer marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with results‑driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
