About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences. Working on the hotel floor, you will be the friendly face that ensures every interaction feels personal and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from processing operational needs to addressing guest requests and providing local area highlights.
- Complete reports, manage guest transactions, and ensure smooth hand‑over between arrival and departure teams.
- Maintain a safe, professional workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding uniform and appearance standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb unaided, over 75 lb with assistance) and moving equipment as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
