About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at W Hotels in Abu Dhabi. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and guest requests during check‑in and check‑out.
- Complete reports, share local area highlights, and assist with luggage handling.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests.
