Guest Experience Agent – Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Voco Dubai The Palm, delivering the brand’s "Reliably Different" service. You will welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay for Arabic‑speaking visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑in/check‑out, and process reservations using the front‑desk system.
• Respond to guest requests, queries, and messages promptly, both in person and via telephone.
• Maintain accurate room key control and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Review daily reservations, manage room availability, and resolve any reservation discrepancies.
• Coordinate mail, packages, and facsimile deliveries for guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout, negotiate any disputes, and authorize revenue allowances when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of front‑desk or guest‑service experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Opera property management system (PMS) proficiency.
• Experience with credit‑card processing and key‑handling systems.
