Guest Experience Ambassador

About the role

As a Guest Experience Ambassador at Al Zorah Beach Resort, you will shape a highly personalised journey for each guest from pre‑arrival through departure. The role blends warm, confident interaction with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every touchpoint feels unique and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑arrival outreach to confirm bookings, capture preferences and tailor the stay experience.
• Respond promptly to guest emails and messages with polished communication.
• Greet guests in person, escort them to their rooms and provide a warm welcome.
• Lead guided tours of the resort, highlighting amenities and exclusive experiences.
• Serve as the primary contact for in‑house guests, managing requests and follow‑ups efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests, delivering thoughtful, bespoke touches.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Culinary teams to curate surprise moments.
• Inspect VIP rooms and coordinate readiness with Housekeeping.
• Uphold LQA and Forbes service standards in all interactions.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles in compliance with data‑privacy guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of guest‑facing experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Professional fluency in English; Russian language is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to anticipate and fulfil individual guest needs.
• Experience supporting VIP, repeat or high‑profile guests.
• Strong cultural awareness, discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
