About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures a memorable and unique stay for guests by delivering a wide range of services throughout their visit. This role involves assisting with check‑in/check‑out, handling guest requests, providing local area highlights, and helping with luggage and vehicle loading.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Assist guests with luggage, vehicle loading/unloading, and transport to/from rooms or bell area.
- Provide information about local attractions and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unassisted and 100 lb with assistance, and navigate stairs and service ramps.
