About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi. This role involves guiding guests throughout their visit, handling operational tasks, and providing personalized assistance, especially for Arabic‑speaking guests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services, from check‑in/check‑out to handling guest requests and completing reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage, and providing local area highlights.
- Move throughout the property, lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with help) and navigating stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications needed.
