About the role

The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi. This role involves guiding guests throughout their visit, handling operational tasks, and providing personalized assistance, especially for Arabic‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services, from check‑in/check‑out to handling guest requests and completing reports.
Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage, and providing local area highlights.
Move throughout the property, lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with help) and navigating stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications needed.
