About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures a memorable stay for guests by providing personalized service throughout their visit. This role involves assisting with check‑in/check‑out, handling guest requests, and supporting luggage and vehicle services.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from rooms or bell areas.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and navigate stairs or service ramps.
Required skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Physical stamina for extended periods on feet and handling luggage.
