About the role

The Luxury Collection is hiring a full-time Guest Experience Expert in Dubai. The role goes beyond simple check-in and check-out: it aims to build a memorable and unique guest experience. Guests are guided through their entire stay, and the expert takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, from handling operational needs and guest requests to completing reports and sharing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and present yourself professionally in uniform and appearance
• Work on your feet and move around, lifting and carrying objects of 10 pounds or less without assistance

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
