About the role

Join Travel + Leisure Co. as a Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, delivering exceptional service while generating qualified sales appointments for our resort sales centres.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests, providing information on local attractions.
• Complete all department paperwork and use communication equipment (phones, fax, computers).
• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure prospects meet qualification criteria.
• Meet guests face‑to‑face and generate sales appointments for resort sales centres, both on‑site and via livestream.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with resort operations to ensure a seamless check‑in process.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Travel & Leisure’s community.
• Achieve targets and KPIs set by the business, including weekend and public‑holiday shifts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.
• Genuine passion for customer service and knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and positive attitude.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.

Required skills

• High level of computer literacy.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (e.g., Hirum, Fidelio, Opera).
