Guest Experience Host

About the role

As a Guest Experience Host you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests at our Ras Al‑Khaimah resort. You will welcome visitors, provide local information and support the sales team by generating qualified tour appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests upon arrival.
• Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities.
• Complete all required paperwork and use communication equipment (phone, fax, computer).
• Assist in the tour generation process, ensuring prospects meet qualification criteria.
• Meet guests face‑to‑face and schedule sales appointments for resort sales centres.
• Collaborate with resort operations to ensure smooth check‑in and handover.
• Achieve targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.
• Genuine passion for customer service and knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and positive attitude.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with immaculate presentation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and holidays.

Required skills

• High level of computer literacy.
• Experience with Property Management Systems such as Hirum, Fidelio or Opera (advantageous).
