About the role
Join the Hotels team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and be the first smile guests see. As a Guest Experience Officer you will welcome guests, anticipate their needs and create memorable, personalized moments throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival, complete check‑in, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
- Anticipate and personalize services to create exceptional moments for guests.
- Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, rates, promotions and local attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and use up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications effectively.
